DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT

• We aim to deliver within 5-7 working days through our courier partners, but during busy periods it may take a little long.
• Shipping is available only inside India.
• Customer will be notified about the status of order through e-mail or mobile number, tracking option also available on the website.
• Delivery charge is free only for purchases above ₹80,000.
• Optional courier service is available, with courier charges of the customer suggested courier service.
• Incase if the courier service is not available for the given address. The product will be shipped by means of Indian postal service.
• If there is any damage in the package, customer should not accept the package and should reach our customer care through our mobile number or telephone number provided at the bottom of the website page. We’ll respond immediately to solve the issue.

Replacement

For any defects in the products delivered, customers can claim for replacement within 3 days from the date delivered.

Conditions for replacement

• There should no cosmetic damages in the product after delivery of the product.
• During replacement process customer should return all the accessories provide in the package when delivered including manuals, user guides or any other spars within the packaged.There should no missing parts or any modifications done to the product.
• In case of “any cosmetic damage, customer failed to provide all products in the package, done any modifications to the product or removed any spare from the product” in such cases the product will not be eligible for replacement.
• Replacement was not eligible for the products with unreadable, tampered, and invalid serial number of the product. Customer should provide bill, invalid or missing bill will not eligible for replacement.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION

1. If the product was cancelled before shipping the entire amount paid via online will be refunded to the same account.
2. If the product is canceled after shipment and not yet delivered inform our customer care about the cancellation of the order with order number. Customer care executive will provide you with further information about cancellation and refund if payment is made via online mode.
3. If the product is delivered and customer does not accept the package two way shipment charges will be deducted from the amount paid.
4. If the product is delivered and customer accepted the package it is only eligible for replacement.(kindly read the Conditions For Replacement for more information)

For COD refunds it may take time for refund. Once we get the payment form the courier service which made the shipment the refund process will begin. For refund customer might need to provide account details which includes

• Name of the bank
• Account Number
• IFSC Code
• Order number and reason for cancellation

For orders placed through gift coupons, customers will be provided with the fresh coupon with same expiry date as in the previous one.

We will either transfer the funds to your account or we will provide you with the cheque under the billing address name.

Refund process may take time from 7-10 working days or more to complete the process from the time we receive our product back.
